At Routed Wild, every product is designed, CNC-cut, and finished in-house with care. Because our parts are made in small batches, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

All hardware and components must be included

Original packaging is encouraged to help protect the product in transit
Non-returnable items:

Custom or made-to-order items

Items marked “Final Sale”

Any product that shows signs of installation, wear, damage, or modification
How to start a return:
Email us at routed.wild@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Our team will send you return instructions.
Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Exchanges
Not the right fit?
We offer exchanges on eligible products within 14 days of delivery.
Because our products are manufactured in small batches, we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges. If an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll process it as a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we may have already begun production.
